Explore new developments and find solutions for musculoskeletal tumors at the 16th general meeting of ISOLS - the quintessential meeting for orthopaedic surgeons, physicians, engineers and other specialists involved in the treatment of patients with musculoskeletal tumor. ISOLS 2011's advanced scientific program covers many vital topics including limb salvage, tumor prosthesis, biological reconstruction, chemotherapy, spinal and pelvic reconstruction, bone metastatic disease and also the bioengeneering.
This year is the 30th anniversary of founding of the ISOLS. The main purpose of this society is to improve patient care related to limb salvage interventions. This society also promotes research, education and clinical practice related to musculoskeletal tumors, serving as a forum for intellectual exchanges among physicians, engineers, scientists and other people interested in this field, promoting advances and educating individuals involved in the field of limb salvage.
