摘要： The prognosis of patient was impressively improved with the application of chemotherapy. However, the treatment outcome of osteosarcoma was affected by drug resistance. The research of cell immunotherapy has become an important method in curing tumor nowadays. Cytokine-induced killer (CIK) cells, a new type of immune cell, have the characteristics of rapid proliferation, high efficiency, and broad spectrum in killing of tumor cells. Dendritic cells (DCs) are the strongest antigen presenting cells, which can active the immature T lymphocyte and induce specific antigen immune response. It can link the innate immune with acquired immune. This paper overviewed the application of DC-CIK cells immunotherapy for osteosarcoma.
